The Flow
Day 01
Arrival in Tanzania
Welcome to Tanzania Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your Teyezilla Expeditions representative welcomes you to Tanzania. Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha and take time to relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy the atmosphere of this gateway city, positioned between the wildlife-rich northern safari circuit and the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. This evening, settle in and prepare for the adventure ahead
Day 02Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Elephants & Ancient Baobabs
After breakfast, begin your Tanzania safari and travel toward Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is known for its striking landscapes, giant baobab trees, and some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. The park offers a spectacular beginning to your safari, with opportunities to see giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions, leopards, and an exceptional variety of birdlife. Your first game drive introduces you to the rhythm of the African bush. Your private guide will follow wildlife activity and take you deeper into the landscapes where animals gather. As the afternoon light softens, continue toward your lodge or camp.

Day 03Tarangire → Ngorongoro
From the Wild to the Highlands
Wake early for another opportunity to experience Tarangire’s wildlife before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself becomes part of the experience as Tanzania’s landscapes change from open savannah and baobab country to the cooler, dramatic highlands surrounding Ngorongoro. Enjoy the afternoon at your accommodation and take in the extraordinary surroundings before tomorrow’s descent into one of Africa’s greatest natural wildlife sanctuaries.
Day 04Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Into Africa’s Greatest Natural Amphitheatre
Today, descend more than 600 metres into the legendary Ngorongoro Crater. Often described as one of the world’s most remarkable wildlife ecosystems, the crater floor supports an extraordinary concentration of animals. Its grasslands, forests, wetlands, and lakes create one of the best opportunities in Tanzania to encounter the Big Five. Spend the day exploring with your private guide, searching for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, zebras, and, with luck, the critically endangered black rhino. Pause for a scenic picnic surrounded by one of the most extraordinary landscapes in Africa before continuing your wildlife experience. Later, return to the crater rim and relax as the day comes to an end.

Day 05Ngorongoro → The Serengeti
Journey to the Endless Plains
After breakfast, continue toward the Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the landscapes of northern Tanzania before the horizon opens into one of the most famous wilderness areas on Earth. The Serengeti is synonymous with Africa itself: vast grasslands, isolated acacia trees, dramatic skies, and extraordinary wildlife. Your game drive begins as you enter the park. Keep watch for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and the enormous herds that move across the plains. Depending on the season, your route and accommodation can be positioned to follow the Great Migration. Arrive at your lodge or camp and experience your first evening in the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 06Full Day Serengeti Safari
The Serengeti, Your Way
Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. Because this is a private safari, the day remains flexible. Leave early for wildlife viewing, return to camp when you wish, or spend the entire day following the action with a picnic lunch. Your guide will use their local knowledge to search for the wildlife moments that matter most to you. Follow a leopard through the trees, watch a lion pride on the plains, look for cheetahs hunting in open country, or position yourself near the herds of the Great Migration when they are in the region. No two days in the Serengeti are the same.

Day 07Final Safari & Departure
Until the Next Journey
Enjoy your final morning in the Serengeti with one last opportunity for wildlife viewing. After breakfast, continue to the airstrip for your flight or begin your onward journey by road, depending on your chosen itinerary and departure plans. You can continue your adventure to Zanzibar, return to Arusha, or extend your journey to another East African destination.
